Lots2Go provides packing and postage solutions for auction houses. We collect eligible sold lots, professionally pack them, and arrange delivery directly to buyers.
Lots2Go is designed for auction houses that want to offer buyers a reliable and streamlined post-sale shipping solution without managing packing and postage in-house.
Lots2Go helps auction houses offer buyers a clearer and more convenient post-sale shipping option, while reducing the time, space, and operational pressure involved in packing and postage. By using Lots2Go, auction houses can improve the buyer experience without needing to manage shipping in-house.
Lots2Go is designed to act as the auction house’s preferred post-sale packing and postage provider for eligible lots. We handle collections, packing, and delivery directly to buyers, while allowing flexibility for specialist, oversized, restricted, or otherwise non-standard items where alternative arrangements may be required.
Lots2Go can handle a wide range of eligible auction lots, but some items may be restricted, prohibited, oversized, fragile, high-value, or otherwise unsuitable for standard courier services. Where an item falls outside standard requirements, Lots2Go may provide a bespoke quote or advise that alternative arrangements are needed.
Lots2Go currently offers free onboarding and collections as part of an introductory partner offer. Buyers pay Lots2Go directly for packing, postage, insurance if selected, and any applicable additional services.
No. Lots2Go operates as an independent third-party packing and postage provider. The auction house remains responsible for the auction sale itself, while Lots2Go handles the agreed post-sale logistics.
Lots2Go works with auction houses handling a wide range of items, including antiques, collectibles, artwork, jewellery, and general auction goods, subject to courier restrictions and operational suitability.
