Our bespoke collection service is for items outside standard courier requirements, including oversized, fragile or high-value lots, and for auction houses not yet partnered with Lots2Go.
How it works
Step 1
Request a Quote
Please fill out the form below to request a quote from us.
Step 2
Purchase
Win your items at auction. Once you’ve paid, tell the auction house you’re using Lots2Go and let us know you’ve been successful, providing your quote reference number.
Step 3
Collection
We collect your items from the auction house after the sale. An invoice will be sent to you for payment, and once it's settled, we will arrange delivery.
Step 4
Delivery
Have your purchases delivered straight to your doorstep. We’ll contact you to confirm a delivery date and time slot.
