Once packed, items are dispatched using a third-party courier selected by Lots2Go.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Courier Delivery

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • customs delays;

  • loss or damage occurring during courier transit (subject to the Customer Terms & Conditions).

You are responsible for:

6. International Shipping & Customs

For international shipments:

  • the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import charges, and clearance fees

  • customs delays are outside Lots2Go’s control

  • items may be inspected, delayed, returned, or seized by customs authorities

Lots2Go is not responsible for loss, delay, or charges resulting from customs processes or incorrect declarations.

7. Insurance

Transit insurance may be available only where selected prior to dispatch and is subject to the insurer’s terms, conditions, and exclusions.

Insurance is optional unless stated otherwise and is arranged for the sole benefit of the buyer.

Where insurance is not selected, items are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk, as set out in the Customer Terms & Conditions.
